• What is the cost and delivery time for items delivered to the UK?
We offer FREE P&P for all UK orders over £30 (not including postage). The £30 can be made up from purchases made on both the Hello Brolly & VaVoom Lingerie websites as we have a linked basket arrangement between our two websites.
This free delivery offer is to all addresses in the UK covered by Royal Mail Standard post. This includes Isle of Man, Isle of Douglas, Channel Islands, Shetland Isles, Orkney Isles, Guernsey, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland.
Deliveries that do not total £30 will be charged delivery at £3.95 for up to 2 items, and then add £1.50 for each subsequent item up to a maximum delivery charge of £7.
• How long will you take to dispatch my item(s)?
Once we receive your cleared payment we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day.
Standard Service generally takes 1 - 4 working days from dispatch for UK Mainland.
Delivery delays can occur that are beyond our control due to problems such as bad weather or vehicle/equipment breakdown. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that occur after goods leave our premises.
• Payment Security
Our shopping basket is through Romancart, and when you are at the checkout you will be offered various ways to pay. If you pay by PayPal, credit or debit card you will be transferred to PayPal's secure server to complete the transaction. The way it works is you pay PayPal, and Paypal then passes the payment to us, therefore we never have access to any of your card details.
