What is the cost?
Enter the code 30FREE during the checkout process to get FREE P&P for all UK orders over £30 (not including postage).
Deliveries that do not total £30 will be charged delivery at a flat rate of £3.50.

Once we receive your cleared payment we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day.
Where do you deliver to & how long does it take?
Note: We deliver within the UK, but unfortunately due to the length of the parcels we do not offer international options.
FOLDING UMBRELLAS are mostly sent by Royal Mail post. This includes England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Douglas, Channel Islands, Shetland Isles, Orkney Isles, Guernsey and Isle of Scilly.
Delivery should take from 1-4 days from the date of sending. Please allow 7 working days from the date of collection before querying a delivery. (If your order is for 2 or more folding umbrellas, or the folding umbrella comes in an oversized box then they will be sent by MyHermes.)
LONG STICK UMBRELLAS are sent by MyHermes courier service, who offer deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales but unfortunately NOT to the Channel Islands & Northern Ireland . Deliveries to the Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man & Shetlands will incur an extra charge of £2 (see below)
Delivery should take from 3-5 working days from the date of collection, however outlying areas such as the Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man & Shetlands may take slightly longer (this service has the added ability to track your parcels progress). Please allow 7 working days from the date of collection before querying a delivery.
LONG STICK deliveries to the Outer Hebrides (HS), Isle of Man(IM) & Shetlands(ZE)
If you do wish to order a long stick umbrella for delivery to these places please call before ordering as there will be an additional postage fee of £2. If your umbrella would normally qualify for FREE DELIVERY (orders totalling over £30) then only the extra delivery cost of £2 is payable.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery delays can occur that are beyond our control due to problems such as bad weather or vehicle/equipment breakdown. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that occur after goods leave our premises.
